Heck I own shares of a stock that has not traded in a year Suspended so I cant crystalize loss but still there GEX.H
If you wish to write this off, you can request the appropriate form from your Broker (it's likely online anyway). It's just a declaration that those shares are worthless. Once processed, the shares are no more and you can claim the loss.
