I don't know, the cash flow is a function of scale, so they maximized the CF with the larger mill. I'm not convinced a smaller mill-pit will yield enough capex savings to offset the reduced CF. You are right, Teck can do the numbers, and I do suspect that CUU had TT do the numbers every which way to get the best outcome.
