That is not a question that is easy to answer. Many of the people in TT come from companies like Teck, and in some cases, you might get the QP who has specific experience that is perfect for the job. On the other hand, Teck has not done a project like this as the lead partner for some time, and their experience is probably weighted to operations and not development. I don't think anything can be drawn from assuming one would be better than the other.

All I can say is that Tetra Tech is tops in the field, which says something about the document. I suspect Teck required that, rather that CUU. CUU would have used Moose Mountain!
