bentway, I think they SHOULD build Keystone.

The environmentalists seem to think that if it isn't built the Canadians won't extract that oil from sands but it's STILL gonna happen. That oil will just be transported overseas to be refined there.

It will end up being much worse for the environment and it will cost the U.S. jobs if it isn't built.
