The Wells Fargo analyst mentioned that PSEC would be overleveraged in the spin off and would need to raise money.

I'm not sure how much of their income is origination fees -- maybe they need those to maintain the dividend. I certainly think that is the case for MCC., who will have to cut its dividend.
