I am teasing you with sarcasm.

As a white male I am not allowed to compare different races or cultures or I will be called racist.

All comparison of races or cultures are generalizations , there are obviously exceptions and outliers.

Some comparisons are benign , the French are less driven to achieve and more interested in enjoying life than Germans or Americans.

Other comparisons are charged. The breakdown of black families and black children born out of wedlock lead to a higher incidence of black crime. No national politician will touch that, it is the new third rail.
