If you judge a president's competency level by the amount of time spent on vacation or golfing, I've got some rather sad news for you.
As of August of 2014, Obama went on 186 rounds of golf.

In contrast, Bush only went on 24 rounds, and that was because he didn't want to send the wrong message to the troops fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.
