I think Cary would prefer that the company rise slowly and surely without hype. That's all. With too much hype, the stock becomes a momentum trade (maybe that's what you do). Cary would just as soon not be involved with anything like that (from what I can tell by reading the threads). Again, if you really believe your info, buy on the low. Why are you so angry? It's like a pre-Christmas sale. If the earnings, as you suggested, are "blowout", by all means, buy more.

If I heard and believe that a company I love has blowout earnings that is going to surprise the estimates, good gosh, I'd be all over it on any dips. You ought to thank Cary for providing an opportunity to buy again at this price. By the way, Cary must have some serious power to dictate the price of this stock.
