We'll see firming when the CEO announcement comes in. There have been some issues which will be resolved as a result. Bottom line results and expense controls will quickly get focused. Until then barring a GTE/other contract we'll languish. The downtrend has been on very low relative volume indicating that the Bear is uncertain.
