My main purpose for following this board is to monitor what was being posted regarding me. I posted a newspaper article that augmented a press release issued by the company regarding settlement of our dispute.

My intentions were publicly stated in a May 12, 1997 SC 13D filing with the SEC (when the stock was about $5.50). When my intentions changed, I notified the public in another filing with the SEC on June 20, 1997 (when the stock was about $5.625). These filings can be found at:

I think you are being unfair in blaming my actions for your loss, and when you refer to my "lawsuit" I believe you are misstating. After my employment was terminated on August 4, 1996 and after I did not receive payments I believe were due according to my Employment Contract, I filed a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association on September 18, 1997. The Employment Contract required any dispute to be resolved by Arbitration. If you had a contract you believe had been violated, wouldn't you seek resolution?

If you would like to discuss this further I would welcome an e-mail or a phone call (I'm in the book).
