"Wait for it......"

Laughing! I can actually picture you pushing out your little chest and grimacing!

Gregoree, you are a complete ZERO to me! Nobody is "waiting" for you. I don't spend 1 minute of any day thinking of you. You only cross my mind when I see you posting to me or about me and then I give you a cuff or two and move on. Simple. You just don't get it. Chuckle!

SI is about adults exchanging educated information and opinions about world events, social problems, and adult interests that concern normal and mature individuals. For you, however, it is about personal attack and building up your fragile self esteem with potty mouth spews whenever you are bested in argument. Everything is personal with you. When one proves evolution to you, for example, and discredits scripture as tribal racism--you take it personally--as though you were god's little helper fighting a war in the world--instead of an adult discussing an issue.

So you spend your whole time making personal attacks against me and my family and creating personal attack "issues" to deflect and sabotage thread discussion. You think that by slandering Science and free thinkers and all other religions...that you and your particular superstition will have "won" something. Well, let me tell you something, Greg or ee: Barnyard Rats don't "win" anything. They get stomped on with hard boots.

In the mean time, ponder these words...

"Seriously, my wife is "into"
spiritualism and shamanism
Ponder this, Laddie!

"You and Brumstone made hundreds (if not thousands of posts) maliciously attacking my wife in the ugliest manner possible—even though you knew very well that neither of us were superstitious. The following post is one of many I wrote so that others new to the board would be able to see what you were doing. You knew very well you were slandering. You did it out of your rage, your hate—and especially the smallness of your mind, the meaness of your heart, and the malignity of your soul.

Yes, my wife and I are both into shamanism, spirituality, Christianity, indigenous cultures—and all the religions of the world. And yes (as I have told you hundreds of times, you malicious runt!)—we are both very very atheist and free thought! That really infuriates you! Yes, I have been outside the "Shaking Tent" and numerous other cultural events. Do you think that means I "actively practice Shamanism"?? Greg or ee? Look me in the eye, you little pissant--do you REALLY think that after all the posts I have made on SI???

“I suppose it would be fair to term my wife an expert in Native Culture. Certainly, neither of us are novice in the field.

Belief in Animal Spirits is a superstition largely held by first peoples of all cultures. The Greeks believed in animism. The Romans. All the other tribes we read from in most of the cultures on earth. Indeed, one of the most well known and fastest growing Christian superstitions believes in animism. I am speaking, of course, of the Mormons. The Mormons also believe that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are separate "persons" and are flesh and blood (also, that our spirit bodies will be flesh and blood--but that is another matter).

Animism existed in the religions that later came together to form Christianity. And animism still informs much of Christianity in various parts of the world through objects of power and rituals of power where Spirits of Nature are venerated or appealed to.

Indeed, one of the most famous examples of this is St. Francis of Assisi who preached the gospel to the birds and other animals (rabbits, fish, wolves, etc.) who received God's blessings.

Let me make it clear once again (for the benefit of internet liars and weaklings who intentionally misrepresent things)--neither my wife nor I are superstitious. Neither of us believe in the actual existence of "spirits". However, having extensive familiarity with Aboriginal Cultures, we are fully aware of the power of belief--and how believing alters things for both the Superstitious Christian (who spills all to a Priest), and the Superstitious Native (who is shown a "Spirit Helper" through a Shaman Priest).

Science has proven that how and what we think affects how we feel, as well as physical events within our endocrine and other body systems.

In that regard, some of the awe inspiring events that (are said to) happen to believers in Shamanistic superstitions certainly rival the mysterious events (that are said) to have happened to believers in several Christian objects of power (another aspect of animism)--such as Fatima, Lourdes. etc.

There is much (actually most) of everything that humans do not know. So I approach Nature and life and the universe with a child-like awe. The unknown is
awesome. The known (such as the superstitious, absurd, barbarian, and inhuman "books" of the bible)--are anything but awesome.”
