Diane - Good morning. I don't think you will get an explanation from him. He must think he has information that will pop the stock soon. Maybe it borders on insider information. You are right the stock has not traded at 1 1/4 for some time now. Steadily drifting lower toward 1/2. The low for this stock in the last eight years or so is 7/16. Do you think it will go that low? Nothing would surprise me in the next two weeks. DH
