OK, let me rephrase that. Outside of RMIL, we have no evidence of a pattern of fabrications from Kugler. With respect to RMIL, time will tell. Riley, on the other hand, has established himself to be a person of zero credibility based not on his RMIL position, but on the ridiculous psychic power claims he is making. He is either deceiving or deceived. Either way, he has zero credibility. Now, those who believe his claims may have a different view. But, there is only one truth. If in fact he can shut down NASA's communications mentally, then he has crediblity. If in fact he can not, he is either delusional, or a swindler. He has left no room for middle ground.
