There's a tug of war between the OEX (local resistance at 465),
which looks bullish (GE, PG, T, near all times high) and the NDX, which looks very bad (MSFT, CSCO, DELL and last but not least INTC all have 5 EMA under 21 EMA).

Over 470 the OEX wins. Under 992 the NDX wins.
If the NDX wins, it's gonna start on 3 of 1 of 3 of 3 of 1 down on the bearish trend. This means a steep drop.
In other words- under NDX 992 Run for the hills!
