Michael If you rely on SFA, and LeDoux reports values of 3.0 opt using SFA after processing via the J-L methodology, You are then saying that you doubt either Ledoux's integrity or the BD COC. The probability of either one being unworthy or false is very, very low IMO. I would think that the final certification would be just as good for you.(although I am sincerely not trying to tell you what to believe)LeDoux's word should be good enough for anyone, and they will not sign off if they doubt the COC status in the least. I think their behavior over the past 3 months or so, proves that they won't sign off if they have even the smallest of doubts. Mark
