The answer is quite simple. BGO literally offered AZS up as a sacrifical lamb and left it as an orphan with little potential in the near to intermediate term. The resulting sentiment of this move in addition to the lack of candor on BGO's part this past year has cast the company and its management as a pariah in the market place, to wit, as the XAU continues to rise, bgo lanquishes. Lanquish is not the correct term, sellers are lined up for any improvement in share price to unload. My belief is that this company will not experience any dramatic improvement unless there is a change in management.
