The bill to move forward on XL may result in an override of Obama's veto. That would not be just Republicans. That would be decidedly bipartisan, and they've damned near got the votes now.
We'll see. Unfortunately, some (D)'s can be bought with fat cat bribes. We'll see if enough can. The smart thing would be to take all the bribes possible, and then fail to override Obama's veto. That's probably how it'll go.
