here is some INFO i gathered last night with George
Did you ever consider that the Catawabakid might not have anything above the eyebrows?
1. The vlt's are not held up in customs the PC boards are , they did not arrive until yesterday. And if
Catawbakid had read all of the news releases since last Sept., he would know
that this lottery is not sponsored by the government of Venezuela, but the State
of Cojedes. The Federal Govt. has no involvement in this project, but the Fed's
do control customs, so if there ever is a customs problem, there will not be any
Federal Govt. favoritism shown to this lottery. It's treated like any other goods
coming into the country.
2. It sounds like Catawbakid is afraid of the Gagel report--why state that there is no
sign of it and then assume that it will be super positive? Is there a problem with a
positive report from an Independent Consultant?
3. The slots were discussed in depth during the telephone conference call. You
should make use of the tools of information. Maybe you would not sound so
uninformed. Review the conference call, and you will hear all about the slots
for the Mandarin.
4. The Vaprel equipment and the Autocaller are being worked on as time and money
permits. As you know, this lottery project has cost this small developing
company a few hundred thousand dollars out of it's own pocket. Funds are not
unlimited! By the way, did you know that NRAG does not have one cent of public
money in it?
5. There will be no more discussion of JV's and/or buyouts from this end--use your
own sources for this type of information.
One last couple of quick comments. In discussions with George, he would like me to point out to all of
the shareholders who are seriously interested in the future of NorAm to consider the fustration the
company management feels when our own people( shareholders ) try to buy the stock at bid or below.
Why not at least buy at the ask? This
is not a day trade stock. All of us can help by showing strength and solidarity by
trying to keep the price of the stock up as high as possible.
Regarding the float--the idea that because the float has increased the stock price is down, makes no
sense. If you look at the price approx. .39 and multiply it times the
shares in the float, approx. $4 million, you will see that the entire float can be bought for approx. $1.5
million. For a company with the kinds of projects that this company has going on, you would think that
some smart buyer(s) would come in and snatch up the entire float. How ridiculous to think that it's the
increase in the float that is causing the stock to sink.
So let's not listen to this person with the bad attitude and the bad information.
Im sure there are many points i could go on to make but at this time we feel ( George and I ) that any
developing News will be giving out only by press releases. What these guys have done is ruin it for
everyone . Since when did we become criminals . we are regular people just like you doing our job to the
best of our abillity .If that is not good enough for you then, we are sorry . In the buisness world things
take time and we are acutually ahead of schedule if you read the press releases. I understand being
cautious but some of these topics have been ridiculous to say the least ,Everything is going as planned
and will continue to go this way.WE ARE BREAKING our BACKS day and night .We want this project to
start making money much more then any investor i can assure you . we all have the same goals . We
have alot of work that needs to be done and have some very new exciting propositions on the table and
you will all be well informed as we Receive any new INFO .All this efforts are with shareholder value in
mind . i dont know what else we can do , except keep working when the numbers come in , during the
first quarter of 98 there will be no more questions . we cant rush time though . we must wait along with
you

PS paul you misread the post you used for refrence at SI i never said the float was 1.9 million you better
