They cut 3Com and ascend from recommended list to market outperform and upgraded Cisco from market outperform to recommended list. My point was: what was GS doing with higher rankings on 3com and ascend than cisco?

An another thing, what's wrong with buy, hold and sell. I hate these idiot rankings. I know, I know, It's all noise.
