Either you're taking CJ's word as gospel, or the two of you are drawing this figure from some left-wing blog.

In any case, "job creation" is a phrase of the left, and it's too bad that the supporters of the Keystone pipeline have to use that sort of language to argue in its favor.

Just remember that any government project that is defended on the basis of "job creation" alone isn't worth it. Otherwise, you can just pay people to dig holes that others fill up. That "creates jobs," but it doesn't do anything useful.
