Yep.

"The government has said that it expects over 9 million people in total to enroll in the health insurance, created under the national healthcare reform law."

That means a net increase of less than 2 million from last year. Not exactly a resounding success.

I think these programs are in trouble. Not so much because of the low enrollment (although that is a problem) but because of the low proportion of young, healthy people (25% vs. 40% needed). You can't make up lousy margins on higher volume. But they can't get either.

This program is on its way out.
