OH ya, having the crustless quiche again. After the big ham on the weekend, we have a few leftovers (and my wife tasked me with making dinner). Just enough to put into 2 pie plates full of quiche, about a recipe and a half. It's now in the oven cooking. As I recall it takes a bit longer than the 35 minutes which the recipe calls for, and some time to cool afterwards. Oh ya and by the way I finished off the last of my small sauerkraut batch last week, was good to the last shred.
