It's a bullshit comparison by idiots who would rather attack Christianity than the radical islamists who are killing people This is just a slight view of why the leftist hacks and their outdated policies were soundly rejected last election. If you let them talk long enough they tell you how crazy they are. That suit was not about preventing the cartoon (afaik), it was about it's LEGALITY under the current laws. Slander, not "blasphemy", not even vaguely related! Not about enforcing religious laws, which is precisely what Jihadists are demanding. It's not even remotely similar! When you ignore the murder, shooting, blood, gore, lack of court room, and no one suing anybody, then yes you are correct. These situations are the same. This is weapon's grade stupid right here. Aside from the obvious fact that Falwell's actions were totally legal and non violent they had nothing to do with religion. It was a personal defamation suit.
