Right. So, from when Obama took office until now, we've seen a 1.5 percentage point reduction in the number of uninsured. Almost all of which are accounted for as net gains in the number of Medicaid covereds. At a cost which is simply astounding.

I think it is fair to say that no one in his right mind would view that as a success. How does one make the argument that this minuscule improvement is worth the damage that was done?
