^ There is some strange language associated with this one.
The following is from a press release dated 7/2/97:
"The last day to exercise PTI warrants will be July 16, 1997.
It is NASDAQ's policy, however, to halt securities trading
three days prior to the date of redemption or expiration due to
T+3 clearance. In light of this policy, PTI warrants will cease
to trade as of 4 p.m. on Friday, June 11th. Transactions
conducted after this time will not be considered valid."

I'm sure the reference to JUNE 11th is a typo because June 11th
was a Wednesday but July 11th was a Friday. However, this
is exactly how the language appeared. What the hell is
"T+3 clearance"???
