Lisa,

My lawyer terms my incident as a catastrophic accident, and if you see pictures of my car, I should for all intents and purposes be dead. I was bedridden for 2 1/2 months.

But, my outlook has just become more confident on the market...I am starting to get a weird feel for it...hard to describe.

I try, when evaluating the markets and reading responses and fluctuations, to get into the minds of the affected masses. Korea and the Asian Tigers have hurt the market as a whole, but I think we're looking at an overkill and blatant fear. Korea will not Default...this is ridiculous. How one can even speculate that the 11th largest world economy would allow itself to collapse without any efforts to revive itself is ridiculous. In addition, similar to Singapore, Korea is a technologically mobile country and this will lend to it's rapid recovery. To default now would set the country back almost a full decade, an outrageous thought for anyone, especially the Korean government.

Thus, I do feel we're oversold here on Technology and the upside is a good 30-50% over the next 6-12 months. I do think Volatiliy will be a constant with us from now to the end of our lives. It just isn't something that comes and goes...once here, it stays. There are still too many analysts that have a set paradigm of how the markets must act, but this paradigm will blindside them. The markets and it's participants have dramatically changed and will continue to change.
