Ackroo (AKR.V) is a SaaS provider of gift cards and loyalty solutions for small and medium businesses. It is a very early turnaround play that is more risky than the usual Kitchen play, but I believe there is a good margin of safety at current levels given that the stock is trading at less than 1x revenues with 70% gross profit margins and 70% recurring revenues.

They announced a 1M$ private placement on December 10th, 2014:
In connection with the private placement, the company will issue up to 6,666,667 units (the “Units”) at a price of 15 cents per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company (a “Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.25 per Warrant Share for a period of twelve months from the date of the issuance.
Management expect to close the PP on or around January 15th. I will be participating.

It is my opinion, and I could be wrong, that we can expect no further dilution. The money should bring them to the breakeven point which is at 2-2.2M$ in sales. There should be significant operating leverage once they are profitable.
