After 18 months in microcap investing, I realized that turnaround stories is where I can find the most asymetric risk/reward opportunities. Many of our Kitchen favorites are turnaround stories: DAP.U, XX, IBH, MBX... It can be very rewarding as you can make money in two different ways: 1) Multiple expansion 2) Company reaches profitability and is growing revenues/earnings.
