LOL Ted, now it's a "water aquifer" that will be contaminated by the pipeline.

Idiot. Its always been the water aquifer that's at risk. Its the Ogallala aquifer.........a major source of drinking and farm water in the semi arid plains. Many places in the plains states get less rainfall per year than SFO which is a fairly dry climate. They are in the 'rain shadow' of the Rocky Mts. This aquifer is vital to the well being of those areas.....for farming, for cattle, for people. Its an aquifer that is already in trouble because its losing water, due to population growth, faster than rainfall can replenish it. And now you asshats want to run an oil pipeline over it which could lead to its pollution all so you can benefit the Canadian oil industry. Wingers would be frigging crazy!
