Whatever happened to taxing vehicles by miles driven? Remember the revenues were dropping because people were getting better gas mileage they said?

Of course the reality was, the revenues were dropping because the fuel price was rising thanks to their taxes. The morons were going to increase their revenue by raising taxes higher......
