Tim, I believe that you may be missing some of the cultural excellence of the Copytele marketing drive. Many, many, MANY of these target customers prefer face-to-face interaction. I'd be happy to reference you to studies on cross-cultural comparisons of social distance. Suffice it to say that on a yert-to-yert basis, many PREFER to be in the same room.
