Lawsuit is now in " Discovery phase " in Selfcares jurisdiction. ( Massachusetts ) This " disagreememnt" may take several more months and last well into the new year. I believe Trinity is open to settling their side of the suit if Selfcare would respond favorably with a decent overture. Trinity has given me the impression they regard SLF as a long term investment and they feel Selfcare is very undervalued at this level. I am presuming they are not in any great rush to sell their present position in SLF since Selfcare is a very fast growing company that merely stumbled in bringing their new electrochemical BGM to market in a timely fashion and that is being reflected in the present stock price. They have very strong alliances with major players in the Health-care industry. biz.yahoo.com
