Tri-Vision announced 09/20/96 they have engage CIBC-Wood Gundy Securities to act as underwriter in connection with a special warrant offering inteded to raise gross procedes of $3 million. The offering is expected to close in Mid-Oct. Tri-Vision intends to use the gross proceeds to finance the pre-production arrangements to commence manufacturing the V-Chip Decoder.
Tri-Vision is so far the only company that Prof. Collings has awarded rights to the V-Chip. Therefore, Tri-Vision can sell world-wide until someone else is given exclusive rights in another area.
Tri-Vision is the first with this technology and ahead of any other technology. Canada is due to begtin V-Chip coding in the next few weeks and in January in the U.S.

Earnings will be released on Fri.Sept.27th, but the V-Chip is just starting to be released.
