Hi, Lisa, What stock option deal did Par made ? The only thing I feel bad was last time, when shares outstanding goes from 4 million to 17 million, the stock price dropped linearly from 11 to 2 1/8. Accordingly, if they have 50 million outstanding, it should drop to 0.80. I don't know why management is doing this, this will not help anybody.
