The key words there are " envisioned to operate." Remember, its just a concept. No current operations, and no revenues, and no way to raise cash other than through dilution of the existing stockholders. I don't think you should be discussing how it will operate, but rather IF it will ever operate. in the meantime, the stock will continue to sink as the comapny burns cash for another 2 years at least........;^)
