I agree with respect to your nit-pic comment, and I suppose I overstated my point. However, I worry when director's and CEO's use any inaccurate comments at all in the documents that they release to the public. With respect to inaccuracies that are published about them, I believe they have no responsibilty, accept to possibly prosecute the maker of the inaccurate statement if the inaccurate statement might prove harmful to the enterprise. On the other hand, a company is 100% responsible for the content of its own publications, and the NASDR actively investigates and sometimes, prosecutes, misleading statements that might result in investors making an investment that they may not have made.
