I don't know if he's ever said that. However, if somebody is committed to the fight, what could be better than buying an old place with a huge footprint and turning it green thru retrofitting, insulating, new light bulbs, replacing dirty furnaces, etc? i'd rather see somebody like him buy an old place and green it up, than see him buy a new LEEDS platinum house and have somebody like you buy the old house and keep burning oil forever.
