If this all comes about do you think this could hurt future NT Server sales?

Not if Sun keeps their code the same as it is now. Ask around about Solaris performance on x86, if you can find anybody that runs it. The people that want to run Solaris will keep on buying Sparcstations.

I firmly believe that people don't buy NT for performance, they buy it for applications, and because the purchasing department knows nobody's going to get in trouble if they buy NT.
