Unless you can convince 4 BILLION or more people in China, India, Brazil, Indonesia and every other country
outside the U.S. and Europe to agree to continue to live a life that barely provides a subsistence then you're NOT going to make ANY difference.

Actually, the US and China produce 45% of the world's CO2 emissions. Fortunately, President Obama has gotten China to cut their emissions by a quarter along with the US:
