David, Listen I am just over even at this level. I feel that this is a long term play and later everyone will think you are a genius for having an average at this price. Today you feel anxious in 18 months you will be a genius. Some stocks are keepers. This one at this price IMHO is a real keeper. If they lower the Capital gain again at that rate you end up being a Warren Buffet. OMO;) DrRisk
