TO ALL:

I think it is clear that the chief problem facing TFRY right now is potential cash flow problems. If the $15M loan is "lease financing to facilitate the production and leasing of their proprietary French Fry Vending Machine", then what other problems remain? Alan stated that this money cannot be used for production costs; I quote "That money is not for the company directly to build their machines. It is strictly lease financing for distributors and others wishing to lease the machines. "

Does this new loan eliminate the need in the short term for a State of PA loan? If Alan is right about the Forrest loan, NO. So, that leaves the painful reality of a cash shortage occuring probably right now at TFRY. So what is the status of the PA loan, or any source of cash for the company for that matter, other than selling shares.

If production can begin, the revenue will keep this boat afloat I think. So when will it begin?

I know I shouldn't be mentioning it, but my stress level over this stock has reached an all-time high. I may call Mr. Kelley in the next few days to hear about the status of things from the horse's mouth.

Thoughts?.... Ideas..
