<<<< Was just about to post the FMI merger news >>>> Out of curiosity, how will you be handling these shares going forward? .........Not strictly a buyout, as it will continue to trade I'm thinking. They call it a "Broad Strategic Collaboration". Will contest players have to hold the shares when maybe in real life they would have sold on the offer? I keep trying to figure out why is was structured this way; I mean Roche will have representation on the Board and will a majority position - but will not control the company. ........It almost smells like some kind of defensive move?
