OK, well it has been awhile. New filings are detailing plans to reach the NASDAQ, by an organic increase in PPS and/or help via reverse stock split. The company has been holding off releasing some very significant press releases in addition to the new additions to the board of directors. a) Announcement of their world wide manufacturing partners via separate news releases. b) Final Patent status news c) The closing of their second acquisition of MD Energy company d) 1-2 additional company acquisitions which may come before the end of the year. e) Quarter close results which should look close if not fully profitable. So expect news blitz time period to come. The product coming down the pipeline is going to be a killer. We are talking about new solar panels that output more than 2x the energy compared to the best panels available today. This will drive down installation costs and place solar energy on even better footing compared to todays costs of providing electric energy today. Todays solar system payback time is 5-7 years. This product will make it payback in even less time.
