Hi Babette: As a best case guess_estimate I see you getting a cheque of $3 to $8 for your claims. A class action suit is a cash cow for the Lawyers only. About 5 yrs ago, I actually went thru one hoping to recover my position in BMY which was trading at $80+. Just last week,I received a cheque for $6. Incidentally, by holding on to BMY I actually recovered my position but it took a few Q's.

It is upto you to register. They send you a fistful of documents with a lot of waivers etc. The postage and time I spent was more than I recovered.I had no my rear mirror then but it would be a big "NO" now that I got one.! Good Luck.!
