Several reasons for selling this one:

1. Figure out who is the real person in control of the company? Someone told me that Rick Rule controled the company. And Rick told me that SSRIF was going to merge with PAASF a year ago when the company was in bad shape .
2. PAASF is in much better shape than SSRIF. Excellent management, good reserve and production.
3. SSRIF stated last year that they wanted to get 250mm ounces of silver by 1997, now is the end of 1997, they had 160mm, had it not been for the purchase from Goldshamrock, they will not be even close to 160mm.
4. With the company controlled by a broker, you think you will get good return for your money?
5. The only good drilling result of the company has been reported many times, you just need common sense to figure out that they are at the end of good news for the time being.

So, if you really like the resources market, sell SSRIF, and go with paasf. With that said, I think we will not quick price appreciation until the second half of 1998. So I am going to stay in U.S. market where find a stock increase 30% in several months is not a difficult task.
