The results of those decisions about the efforts that will be made will be material... and they'll have to tell shareholders in meaningful detail what those plans are...

....which is why we are in this mess to begin with. With better information we might have been able to better decide on the need to get closer to the lifejackets instead of staying put in this sinking boat's cabins. Unless there is a major change in 'management' or that by some miracle we become important enough to be worth while. Old Dog New Tricks saying applies here unfortunately.
