I don't consider potentially criminal inside info leaking to be "old news" especially when it seems IMO to be perverse and still ongoing. NNVC (“tipper”) revealed information (“tipped”) to the unnamed Agora analyst (“tippee”) on the 2nd of July, and then released the same information to the public on the 8th of July. 6 days later. In the interim Agora (“tippee”) released some of this information (“tipped”) to its readers. buyersstrike15.rssing.com If that sparked an SEC investigation that will lead to some really bad charges, the news is quite fresh in the SEC's eyes and we won't hear the results of any potential investigation until some time this year. I'm only speaking alleged, theoretical, potential, and hypothetical of course. ;)
