The average time for an SEC investigation and a resolution is around two years. cornerstone.com Has it been two years yet since Seymour's July 2013 incident? I wouldn't be surprised if we learn NNVC issued that very-late 8k after the SEC came knocking. Ask Seymour if they received a Wells Notice. ;)
