Ken, agree with Greg that partioning the drive would be the best way to go. Also, be sure you name each backup drive specifically for the computer it is backing up. That way, when you do updates you will avoid the possibility of updating to the wrong backup and if necessary restoring to the wrong computer. Backups and imaging are really important to computer well being, and relatively easy to perform once you do a few.
