bilbo-- what puzzles me most is that we ARE going to get GTE. but the stock price is horrible. and, if what will and bill say is correct, the insiders are SELLING. yeah, i know the actual sale can be delayed once the filing is done, but it is a very discouraging sign. i dont know, i am under a tremendous amount of stress, mostly because of WSTL, and i am pissed. there isnt anything i can do except wait and i HATE being in that position. i am beginning to think that investing in nasdaq companies is more like shooting craps than actual investing. i will tell you this....if this one goes to zero, i am NOT going to sue the company. i am going to sue the market makers and the exchange itself. they will be the only ones with money. good luck to all, trey
